Mike simonian liar, cheate

I decided to use this company mysmallclaim.com after after talking to mike simonian assured me he can get my case filed in a few days. To make a long story short mike wasnt able to help me and did not answer or return my emails and has kept my fee of $150 and it has been over 2 months and he will not refund my money even though his site says moneyback guarantee. He was the cheapest site around and know I know why, he has had many excuses from stomach surgery (which sounds like every time you talk to him he is eating) to hes researching it. This guy is a liar! And a cheater! He does not care about your case all he wants is your money!
Dont believe him, he has caused me more stress and time when I should have listened to my gutt instinct after the first set of lies, he is a good scam artist. He will tell you what you want to hear and just take your hard earned money elsewhere.
