Sold us a vechile with a oil leak plus the motor is no good only had vechile two weeks

On 02/05 we purchased a car from cash n carry auto sales. We also took the car to walmart the same day to have the oil changed. I noticed and oil leak, we took the vechile back to walmart to have the situation repaired. Walmart informed us that

The was not due to their negligence. We had a mechanic look and check out the vechile and we were told that the motor is no good it has to be replaced soon as possible or it will lock up. I have been laid off from my job, this is the only transportation we have. This was my income tax money and my husband is on a fix income. Please help.
