This company did several things uncustomary to my business expectations. For example, they advertised a $6.95 carpet clean and $7.95 duct cleaning. Then they send someone out to check to see if the job is worth this (legal estimate).

Once this is done, they draw a contract that does not even offer you what you were going to get. This is what happened to me and my wife.

Sadly, they are in the BBB for all kinds of misleading and deceptive practices with several people. Why? They offer you a contract to sign to attempt to guarantee their work as legit. However, having a business degree... I know what this is. It is a simple bait and trick practice much like advertising a (1) car on the lot for $7,999 then when you get there they only have that exact same car for $12,000.
Services were also poor. They will not tell you what you are getting into once you call in response to the ad.
