Disaster On Valentines Day!

Valentines Day Disaster! After planning a special night we picked the Old Warsaw Restaurant in Dallas for our special dinner. The price was high at $69.95 per person but thought it would be eventful. Well it was a disaster! Food was cold and tough after being left under the heating lamp for 30 min. Or more. The manager was the worst manager we had every meet. After explaining to him our situation with the food he listened for one minute and turn his back on us and walked off. We where polite and where just explaining our situation. The menu had five courses but we where told after placing order that they where out of the Lobster Bisque. The manger remarked to us. "I can't help it if it is all gone". Ok. The next course was my Red Snapper with Wild Rice. It was so tough that I barely could cut it with my ford. Wild rice had no flavor and cold.

The Rudeness and the Uncaring attitude of the Manager made this night a Total Disaster and unhappy Valentine Day dinner. This was a total disaster and Ripp off to have spent over $200.00 for bad food and rude service. We will not ever go back to Old Warsaw in Dallas especially with a rude uncaring manager.
