Crack Pot Seafood Resturant
Ripoff, poor customer service, uncooked food

Went here for a birthday dinner for my brother with eleven people in the group. I order the Soft-Crab sandwich... Needless to say they were RAW!!! Growing up on the Eastern Shore I know what a cook Soft-Crab looks like. And these two were definetly not cook. They didnt even clean the crab out before they cooked it. The "devil" (gills), mouth, eyes, and insides were still there.

I asked the waitress if anything could be done, and she said "I'll talk to the manager". Thinking that the manager would come and apologize, ask if there was something that could be done... The only person that came to me was the waitress... And all she said was "we took it off your bill for you". The manager did nothing... Did not come over to make sure everything else was good, ask if there was anything else that could be done, etc...

Please take in account that there were eleven of us, each ordered: soups, salads, and seafood for our dinners. This is at least $25 a person or more.

This is a new resturant, so shouldn't the owner, or someone above the "manager" be there to over look everything. Endless to say that I was not the only unhappy customer at my table. My sisters crab cake was cold and nasty, and step-father had the Sea-Food Lasanga which was really cold as well.

I can NOT BELIEVE that this resturant was voted #1 Sea-Food resturant in Maryland.??? I know ma & pa resturants here in Maryland that take MUCH MORE pride in their, food, service, and most of all customers.

I can say one good thing about this resturant, their salad was good... Come on now, how can you mess up a salad?
