Since I bought the diamond ring it's been sent back twice for re-coloring. It came back with a big flaw right in the middle. It has now faded again. Its an engagement ring. Imagine the embarrassment

After purchasing a pink diamond ring from BH Jewelry it progressively faded to a yellow. They agreed to refinish it so I paid the shipping and insurance and sent it back. It came back looking pink again but had a new flaw in the stone. I was assured when I bought the stone it was clean to the eye. I still have the email. A few weeks later the yellow came back. I explained this to them and they said send it back in.

I expressed my doubt that it could work this time but they assured me they would personally look over it. I sent it back again and paid the shipping and insurance. It came back pink and now had a larger flaw right in the middle of the stone. Now the color is fading right back to yellow.By the way, ring came certified from GGAL with an estimated retail value of $8,700.00.

I requested that BH jewelry give me a refund. Since requesting that by email they have not returned any of my emails and I have tried calling a couple of times with no luck. I prefer email for documentation. I have saved each and every one of them.

I look forward to hearing from anybody with advice on steps I can take to resolve my dilemna. I encourage anybody thinking of buying from BJ jewelry to consider the situation I am in.
