Traffic pthon would not fix or refund for site purchased from Brett Ingram

I have purchased a site for 497.00 called my traffic business, It took two months for them to get it up and running, then when I finally got it going, the video he instructed to use to change your admin pass word, from another bad product i found out to be a virus called filezilla.

Well anyway I did what he sugested, and imediatly my site was just not there, I got an error message.

I contacted their support and after 4 weeks support has done nothing, I then wanted a refund, and still nothing.

I finally went to the marketing mastermind forum and lodged my complaint there and a forum member fixed it with in one day, what support could not handle. (they did not even try!)

Also I tried contacting Brett Ingram in his forum page and he refused to reply at all.

Their contact phone will not let you talk to a person all recorded.

They also told the members we would be the only 1000 people buying this program. We have just found out he is selling to 1000 more people.

If anyone can tell me how to file this with the BBB I need phone number address and any other info on Brett Imgram!
