Bad Product/Poor Service

I bought a $10 Yankees World Series Coffee cup for my hsuband's birthday and also the art taken off after he employed it for that very first time. I attempted to come back or trade it plus they stated I really couldnot since I'd bought it in November and an excessive amount of time had approved. Their birthday was not before end-of Jan and so I did not provide it to him until then. The revenue worker was rude and unaware, fully talked over me before additional clients after which became beligerent and condescending. I've invested lots of profit that shop and certainly will never return there again! I put the cup on the ground and remaining. He really named law enforcement to possess me barred in the shop! I'd never return for the reason that shop again and that I might recommend others to not purchase from their website. They sell inexpensive items after which declined to back-up the things they market. Plus they employ idiotic sales clerks who've no customer support capabilities whatsoever.
