My complaint concerns the company CARGOLARGO, 1600 N 291 HWY, SUITE 700-800, INDEPENDENCE, MO 64058-2827; www.CARGOLARGO.com when they describe new or working order goods, are neither, and put up a fight when requesting a refund (even when the goods are returned to the business). Two weeks ago, I purchased an educational software program called Grammarlogues from CargoLargo through Amazon.com. They listed the software I purchased as "factory-sealed" and "new." When it arrived by USPS, it was enclosed in a sturdy mailing box but the actual software box inside was taped up with general retail, 5cm width, clear packaging tape (even partially covering the bar code) which gave me a clue it was "used.
