Tony Boyer false contractor but fast talke

Contracted T and B to fix roof and install sump pump. The roof was fixed immediately but was leaking again in the exact same place within 6 months. The Pump was never installed instead he dug a hole in yard and filled with dirt and sand. This only happened after he rescheduled 6 times and I had to beg him to complete the work. I was left w / the impression that a pump would be installed until the work was almost complete. The leak in the basement continues and he has made excuse after excuse for the fact that none of his work actually solved the problem. This guy is full of excuses but really he is just irresponsible and does shabby work.
