Sold promises but delivered nothing. Refused to refund within 40 days

Miscellaneous

Well I think our story goes much like everyone elses but yet they told me rip off report was just false and their site was new/better/whatever...
I was told they were receiving a fraction 2%-6% of the search volume that google receives and they told me those numbers which were obviously huge. They "worked us a deal" on a price for 2 keywords and basically told us what kind of traffic numbers to expect.
After we signed on and gave it about a month and saw they were getting no traffic and we were getting no clicks we said this is BS we want a refund.
They tried to play nice and say how its new, blah blah, and things would get much better in the near future due to all their marketing campaigns and viral marketing or whatever. That wasn't enough for us so we still requested a refund.
The sales agent/management responded basically saying per our agreement this is what we agreed to and if we filed a chargeback or anything to that nature then it would go against us on our credit.
A year later I noticed that we haven't received views/clicks for MONTHS now - looks like the very few we received from the start were probably from them clicking to make it look like we had traffic - not sure.
Either way it goes - DO NOT give these people any money, they are worse than homeless beggers asking for money to buy a supposed bus ticket to get home!
