I am a registered nurse, I contacted this company on the internet so they could prepare me a resume the advertisment stated no paperwork for you hassle free that they would take in all the info during your 1 hour confimered telephone appointment. The company really stressed the importance of time and that not answering would forfeit your appt. And your money. I paid for and confimed my appt which in this email it asked a few basic questions like name, age, phone numbers, occupation, and confirmed appt time. After sending in this request i received a confirmation letter on my appt. Scheduled for thursday February 11 at noon Eastern time, which was 1100 am central time for me and that they looked forward to talking to me on appointed time. On 2/1102010 I received a call at 1105 the guy just said his 1st name and that was it as if i was suppose to know who he was, he asked if i got his email i responded yes I sent a reply last night to that right after i confimed he stated he didn't get it i assured him i sent it he stated that he would send it again and that he would give me 10 min to get it back to him

I was assuming that he was talking about the basic A-H questions he had requested and already sent to him, but after going to my email to resend my reply I find where he has sent me about 5 emails requesting more infor like job history education certifications all the paperwork the ad stated would be done over the phone. (their claim they do all the paperwork) nevertheless I had all the info written down typed it in about 5 min and sent it, about 5 min later i receive and email stating that he would not be writing my resume due to a communication problem. I don't know how he expected me too know that he had sent more emails after we had confirmed my appt I don't sit at my computer all day and wait on emails to come through, he stressed appt time yet he was late and wanting more new info, then just cancels the resume and states "do not contact me again I will not accept any future from you because of this incident" as if it were my fault what a jerk please don't waste your time or money this place is very unprofessional
