Donaldson online course not enough info on online course to pass test

On the outset; this course seems very informative and well put together. However after going through it and seeing numerous mistakes and hundreds of typos I began wondering. So I contacted the (owner, teacher, and manager) Chris Donaldson; notifying him of some mistakes I had discovered; and was dismissed like a school boy. Well I am a 57 year old man and smart enough to know that a mistake is a mistake. It seems like he would say; let me check into it and change the answer to the right one. I found mistakes in the lesson as well on the test. There is not enough info on the online course to pass the test. (Trust me on this one folks) I spent 10 to 12 hours a day memorizing the course for 30 days. Well I failed the test. No big deal! So I downloaded the test and printed it up. I spent the whole next day searching for the answers to these questions. And couldnt find the answers to them and only vague references to the question. I even found multiple answers to question and none of them were right. The reason I know this is I went on the La. Real Estate Commission website and found the correct answers. I wrote Chris two emails and called him twice with no respones. Finally I faxed my corrected copy of this test and asked him to grade it because every time you fail you get a new test with more question not in his lesson. Also you never will know what you got right or wrong because they never let you see a copy of your test. Starting to make sense now? What they are doing is prolonging your enrollment because when I finally got in contact with Chris he said you can purchase more time on line (which doesnt help) and he also said you can purchase our study guide. Why would I want to buy a book if I have an online course? His other advise was to sign up for a course at their school for an additional fee. So basically I just wasted 30 days of hard work; and believe this; if you cant pass his test dont think you can pass the La Real Estate Course. If you take the online course your wasting your money... All thats going to happen is you will be gouged at the end.
