Lease Financing Rip-off Farmersville texas

Lee Goff of Trinity Corporate Solutions worked with one of my clients with whom I had sold a large about of office furniture. Trinity apparently acted in the capacity of a lease broker of sorts, and through him my client signed lease agreements with three independent finance companies. Trinity represented to my client that they would pay my company (the vendor) as part of a typical lease financing.

It appears after discussions with the lease companies that Lee Goff transfered a title that he never had, that was never paid for. The result is my client still owes almost $150,000 which they are responsible for to my company. At the same time they are paying these lease companies fully under their lease payment schedule. While these leasing companies did give Lee Goff the money, he failed to forward it to us, on our clients behalf.

The lease companies are left with a improper and invalid title, our client is left with a mess and the need to null and void the leases and they are still fully on the hook with us. As to what Lee Goff and Trinity Corporate Solutions did with the money... If you believe his story it was inadvertantly sent to the wrong company which subsequently filed for bankruptcy.

Doesn't explain however why Lee Goff represented to anybody that he owned title to this product. One of the leasing companies indicated to my client that they have several of these problems with Lee and he is not returning calls. Don't walk away from Trinity Corporate and Lee Goff, run!
