Terrible's someone needs to contact the labor board!

Let me tell you about this corrupt company. They're constantly hiring, employee turn-over rates very high, the pay sucks and management is horrendous! IF you're a cashier, you're pretty much safe working for Terribles. If you're an Assistant Manager or Manager, WATCH OUT! When that inventory time comes around and you're short or the amount in the safe does NOT match the paperwork, THEY (upper management) WILL falsely accuse you and put you on immediate suspension! This is NO JOKE! I know of several employees accused of stealing money and/or items from the store when the store has cameras all over the place! Without any solid evidence, these hard working innocent people were TERMINATED! Am I missing something here? When did companies have the audacity to fire people whenever they feel like it? Is this freakin' UNITED STATES OF NEVADA or something? Does Nevada have their own freakin' law now? A pregnant girl being told to lift heavy boxes? C'mon now... She should be on light duty! What's wrong with you guys — TERRIBLES HERBST??? I smell a LAWSUIT coming your way! LABOR BOARD getting involved as well! I don't get it... I am aware that TERRIBLE HERBST lost their CASINO side of the business to some investors and they were possibly going bankrupt.instead of falsely accusing people and terminating your employees, shouldn't you just LAY people off instead? You're totally messing with people's LIVELYHOOD here... And destroying their character! IS this some kind of a "family & friends" only employment? From I know, a manger's significant other and the best friend working side-by-side together in upper management and a family friend of Mr. Herbst? Oh it goes on and on... LET me tell you about a recent incident that occurred where a hard working assistant manager was retaliated against for speaking up during an investigation against the manger who broke company policy and procedures. This person was falsely accused of stealing behind the register and other items. A week later went this person went to HR, to find out that he/she was picking up their last paycheck... With no further explanations as to why he/she was being terminated. So sad, I say... I have nothing more to say about this company. I REFUSE to step foot in their gas station/stores and their once owned Casinos... Hahahaaaa! The name says it all— T E R R I B L E!
