Justin Ford Justin Ford ripped me off for $395

In August I signed up for a $1.00 report. Evidently there was a small print agreement that I didnt see that my credit card would be billed $395 in 30 days if
I didn't notify them that I did not wish to continue with a membership.
I phoned the number on my credit card statement a couple months later and the
attendant apologized stating the amount would be refunded.
A month later, my bank notified me that the refund was never received so I phoned
them again and they again assured me the amount would be refunded.
I checked a couple weeks later and again was told the $395 was never refunded.
Since then, I have emailed them several times but no one ever responded to any
of my emails.
Have NOTHING to do with this fraudulent company!
