Will not refund money for items they never mailed out

On November 17 and 18, I purchased 5 Kota Triceratops Dinosaurs from this company for the amount listed on their site. I received emails on each dinosaur stating that it had been shipped and I was given a tracking number on each one that wasn't a good number for any shipping company. After a couple of weeks, none of the dinosaurs had reached their destination. I called several times and each time I was told that Michelle was working on it.
Finally on the third week I was told that the monies were being refunded to my credit card account. Three of them were finally refunded on December 8. I have called several times and Faxed copies of all the information on the two other dinosaurs, but no one returns my calls or responds to my Faxs.
