Had to pay in advance tor procedure i never received

I went to lipo dissolve back in 2007... I had to pay 6,000 dollars in advance, which in return went automatically on a credit card called care credit and billed to you immediately... I received two treatments and the company closed and went under... I called for my money back and was willing to pay for the two treatments that i did receive (even though they did not work and left me with lumps and discoloration on my stomach) and they will not give me my money back... They just kept making me write letter after in which i did and i still have yet to receive a refund... I don't mind paying for something i have or received, but hte truth is, i never received 6,000 dollars in treatment... I literally paid for something i never got... 6,000 is way to much to just forget... Please refund...
