I originally posted this review in April and was immediately contacted by Sean to remove it saying they would work on a solution to resolve my issues. That has not yet happened. I had to go in for a meeting with a manager and when I got there she was running late so i had to meet with someone else to discuss other procedures. I said I was not really interested in other procedures because of my disappointment with the first time around. I have now been passed on to some other customer service rep that fails to return my calls or follow through with what he tells me. They have been now telling me they will have someone (maybe a doctor?) from the location contact me. It still has not happened and then I will call back a week or so later and I just get the excuse that it must have slipped through the cracks somehow. He then apologized and said "We will get this taken care of like yesterday!" Well, weeks have passed, yesterday was a long time ago and I am beyond tired of waiting. I spent waaaaayyyyy toooo much money for it not to work and now to have bruising and swelling. Since they have now taken too long to come up with a solution I am re-posting my original review. I tried to give them a chance and now well over 2 months have gone by and no one is even returning my calls. They are unbelievable and PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT waste your money and get sucked in to their scams.

I am writing to review the lipo dissolve treatment. It does not work! I had many treatments on my thighs that were very painful which they told me would not be. I was pushed into making a decision on the spot, if I were to go home and think about it the "deal" would no longer be good. My treatments were over a year and a half ago and I notice no change in size whatsoever. They somehow convinced me to spend more ridiculous amounts of money to add the zorona laser treatments to increase the "effect" of the Lipo D. That was a scam. They did tell me it could take a while to work and notice results and for swelling to go away, but i think by now it should look better for all the money I spent. I now have lumpy, puffy, discolored skin areas where the treatment was injected. I spoke with a manager a while ago and when i called her back to schedule a time to see her, she failed to return several calls. I am very busy and just gave up but as more time passes I am still mad and annoyed I wasted sooooo much money. I would not recommend these treatments, this company or ANY of their services!!!
