Telemarketing scheme to rent your timeshare weeks for an upfront charge to your credit card

In october after being contacted several times by telemarketers from GMAC Timeshare Real Estate Division, I agreed to list two weeks at Orange lakes Resort in Orlando. GMAC charged my credit Card $1599.00 for marketing services. The telemarketers were very persausive in assuring me that the units would be rented in a short time, in fact when I called after the first week I was told that both weeks were rented for a total of $7,500.00. This of course was not the case, and when I called again to inquire about payment, they had no information about a completed sale. I then suspected fraud, and wrote a letter of cancellation and requested a full refund. The Manager, Frankie, then called me and said he would issue a refund of $899. He assured me GMAC was a reputable company and would do everything to rent my units. I have heard nothing since and am still out the $700.00. This company should be investigated by the Florida State Attorney General.
