I paid over $500 for an all inclusive Cancun vacation, only to find out that I would not be able to take this trip because my certificate expired May 31st of 2006 and Cancun would not be up and running until the Fall of 2006. I was told that only $198 would be refunded to me along with some coupons within 30 days. I received the coupons, but no refund in the amount of $198 60 plus days later. I have since tried to contact the company and I always receive a message saying that all circuts are busy. I tried several other numbers and get a fast busy signal. I have reported this company to the BBC.
