I ordered a Sirius SRH2000 thru Amazon.com on Jan 26th. The item number on the website was correct and the picture waswrong. The correct original price of the item was listed and the sale pricereflecting the 85% savings I was going to receive from JR music. Prior toplacing the order I called JR music and was told that yes the item that theywould be sending me was the SRH2000. I then placed the order thru the website. I then received an email confirming the item ordered and that they would besending it shortly. A day later I received an email from JR music saying thewrong item was shipped. Within minutes I emailed and called JR and told themthat the wrong item was shipped. I was assured that they would correct themistake and send me the correct item. I then received an email from Jennifer incustomer service saying that the issue was resolved. I spoke with a person atJR named Michael Walsh the next day and he requested that I send him a link tothe correct item, which I did via email and he then sent me an emailacknowledging the mistake. I received several emails from Jennifer, Samira, andGracie, from JR customer service stating that my issue was going to be takencare off. Finally I spoke with a manager by the name of Jim Quinlin whoacknowledged that I should have not gotten the run around as I did and promisedto immediately take care of the problem. He promised to send the SRH2000 outwith no extra charge. Three days later he told me that he was waiting on abuyer. I again emailed the website where the item could be ordered from andsent to me overnight in time for my Super Bowl party. Thurs Feb 4, and Fri Feb5, I sent emails to Jim Quinlin with no response. Tues Feb 9 I called and wasleft on hold for several minutes and was told Jim was unavailable. During thecall I received an email from Jim saying the same thing I had heard for thepast 2 and a half weeks that they were waiting on a buyer to get me the item. After getting the run around for weeks they blew me off and refused to send me the correct product or honor the price they advertised!!!
