Never Again - Toshiba Satelite

I purchased a Toshiba laptop five years ago. It had nothing but problems and Best Buy 's customer service was horrible. I contact Toshiba's corporate office in California and they were wonderful and repaired the defect.

Never will I ever enter a Best Buy Store again
