Ripped us off and have not paid us for the print job we did for them

In November 09 Howard Shin emailed our company and requested a print quote. After much haggling we agreed to a price for which he sent me an email approval. When the job was completed we asked Howard Shin to come and pick up the job and he told us that he was going out of town for the week end so he would not be able to pay right away. He promised to pay us the following Monday, as soon as he got back from the trip. He was adament that we UPS the job to him right away so that his employee Maria Ortiz could give it to his customer as they needed the job for the weekend.

Well, it is February now and they have not paid us yet. They don't even have the courtesy to return our phone calls, nor have they replied to our emails. Their current listed address is not correct and their address on the website is a PO Box. They have blocked our phone numbers so that it goes directly to voice mail answering machine. These are the kind of people who give others a bad name. Masterful Ripoffs and maybe even proud of it. The amount inlvolved is $460.00, not a big amount but it sure is big enough for a small company like us especially in times like these.
