Has payment, but has not shipped order, won't return phone calls or emails. On-line scam?

This internet company offers small quantities of business cards to try for the shipping and handling costs. I paid $7.99 to upgrade the shipping, and this was to have my order shipped in 14 days or less.

At the time of the order, I emailed with a question on shipping methods as I needed these quickly. They responded within minutes, saying that my cards would be sent UPS.

It's been over a month now. If I check online, it says my order is "in process".

I have contacted them several times by phone and email. No emails are ever responded to. They phone line has an answering machine, and calls are never returned. I have a backup answering service, so I could not have missed a returned call.

Their website also had "online help", but it is always "offline".

Their lack of explanation or response says to me that they are an internet scam, and not a printing company at all.

Their website will still take your printing orders, still take your money, but don't do it! They obviously are a rip-off!
