Vital Check
O ordered a birth certificate through them. I faxed my Gov ID to them and they continually tel me the quality is not good enough

I went to vital check to order a certified birth certificate and sent them the proper ID for the process. I did it 3 times. I called them and after waiting for 20 minutes they told me they each copy faxed to them was black. I find that hard to believe 3 times. This was suppose to be and expedited procedure and after 3 weeks was not even processed. They are very unprofessional and beieve I was scammed for a government ID card. I have dealt and faxed many different documents and have never experienced such poor service. Do not use them it is better to get the document yourself through the right gov agencies.
