Hakim Sadik Failing to honour his own contract, no customer etiquete, BEEN RIPPED OFF, Internet

It was back in Sept $5000:00 was paid up front to the Director of Facebookster, Hakim Sadik for an application on Facebook. As per his own contract, the application would be complete and online within 6 weeks of payment. Well a year later it still was not complete.
Numerous email and phone calls have gone unanswered. I am completely dissatisfied with his conduct to a customer paying alot of money. When I do eventually get thru on his phone he hangs up, so he has very bad bussiness ethics and does not seem to care about customer issues.
I am requesting a full refund now and obviously he does not wish to entertain any such issues.
The company is now trading as Avenue Social Inc. I would just like to advise other would be customers to stay well clear of any of his companies.
