Websitesforsale.com incomplete unuselable software & ripoff helpdesk ticket charges to fix their own incomplete software advertised as complete

Websitesforsales.com advertises complete website for sale when in fact they are riddled with bugs and issues not useable for the internet, basically a waste of your money and time. When complaints are filed a person with bad English writing informs customers that they must file a ticket in their helpdesk ticket system to fix their own software issues... Then they charge the customer for this (does this seem right?). A week later when more issues were found in the software another ticket was opened and the helpdesk ticket number was only one increment higher than the prior complaint which clearly indicates they were not working on any tickets... Scam. When no product is delivered after payment Paypal customers open a dispute, then this company responds..."we will fix your issues if you "close the paypal dispute", foolishly most customers close the dispute and this ripoff compnay knows this as the customer can not open another dispute against the same transaction... Customers are left to deal with the through Payapl customer support a big hassle. Then when customers ask for a refund becuase the product was not as described this is the response from Websitesforsale.com, "we can not refund your money as we were using this money to make the corrections to the software..." False advertising and misleading customers of websites advertised as complete and not reimbursing customers is internet fraud.

Report these types of individuals also to the FBI's internet fraud department IC3.
