Rip me off on mintes

I bought a card to put mintes on my phone. I put them on it said mintes add. Well month goes by nothing yet. When I call them told to turn phone off then on. Did it now about thiry times still no mintes. Again called them said put code in did it thirty time and nothing. Now it's a game to see if I well just go away. Said I not doing it right. Or the phone is bad. No it neww and I had 104 mintes still on it when I what to put more on. Getting nowhere with them what my money and to never use them again. But it's a joke to them they don't care if they rip you off.
