HERTIAGE LEASING Sold me a bad truck, he was going give down payment back never did dont buy there after 2weeks

When i met him he told me and my boyfreind. He was a deacon at a church. I told him i was on SSID. He understand this, 01 dodge truck was only thinghe had that was good. I told him that it need sticker he was take care of it. It pass got it home about a week later it started to give me problems He told me it was my problem. Front tires was bad and it started to run hot and motor was making noise. Took it to 3 mechincs they wanted 2000. To fix truck. Boyfreind was told by him that they would sell truck at auction and send us a check for the down payment. Truck havent been there for a month now he told me on the phone on2-02 2010 he wasnt giving me no money back there.
