The owner wants to garnish my wages over a truck we sold togethe

I bought a truck from this dealer 3 years ago. I almost had it paid for and decided to sell it. Mr Reese said that would be fine. He sold the truck to an idividual and i recieved $3200 he got 2280 to finish what i owed him. The individual that bout the truck had it for a few weeks and decided he wasnt satifised with the truck because it was exspensive to drive. Mr Reese contacted me an said that he wanted to buy the truck back from him. He also wanted me to give him back the $3200 he gave me and me continue to pay payments to him. I told him that the deal was made and i was not giving him my part back and if he wanted to buy it back he could use his own money. He now wants to have my wages garnished to get the $3200 back. I have spoken with my Lawyer and he informed me that he cannot do this because the truck was sold and we settled my part of the truck. This man doesnt need to have his Car Dealed licence. I think the dealer accotiation needs to take his licence.
