BUYER BEWARE, Refused to ship correct item or give Return Goods Autorization numbe

Jan. 13th 2010 I ordered a Lg BD390 Blu-ray player (order #79); on Jan 22nd I received a Blu-ray player. Not really paying attention I hooked this one up and found that it would not play a blu-ray disk or a regular dvd all the way thru.in fooling around with this I seen this was a Lg BD 370 Blu-ray player and a factory reconditioned unit on top of that. I contacted Home and Garden Surplus via of their messaging and their contact us forms (aq number of times) advising wrong product and defective. They have elected to ignore all of my emails. They do not post a telephone #. They have a nice looking shopping website, but they bury pertinent information on their FAQ page and not up front like most trustworthy sites do. They say they have the right to substitute your ordered product with something equal to our great than what you order. The Lg BD390 Network Blu-ray player is far above the BD370 and the 370 is not equal to or greater in value. All I want is what I ordered or a complete refund. Based on my experience YOU HAD BETTER STAY AWAY from this shopping site.
