I placed an order two weeks ago and still have not received it. I tried to contact this company and no phone number was listed so i did a chat with a customer service person who spoke like if he/she live in india somewhere and was very nasty and rude. Told me you should have chosen the more expensive shipping method and that's all i can say to you. I tried to get a phone number and the person gave me a bogus number and i kept insisting that they provide a number being that they are a customer based business and this is a personal item i ordered. The excuses from this person piled on and on and the rudeness continue. I'm still without any of my items that i ordered and still without a contact person or number. I'm very disappointed in this company and very curious to know why this company is being so hidden as to not have a phone number. They should atleast have a live number that people can call in. They take your money and treat you like crap. So great for outsourcing where you can't even get real people to talk to anymore right. So my wedding is almost here and i still dont have my items for it. And i get the nastiest person available to talk to.
