Vision Prepaid
Do not trust this company!

I set up our account online with Vision Prepaid to help avoid some of the high costs of traditional banking. Well, this company is no better than the banks. Their website lets you set up the account and your direct deposits and so forth, but forget about actually ever trying to talk to a live person. I had some specific questions about our account and so I tried to call their "customer service" phone number. All that that number ever did is loop around and eventually hangs up on you. Which now I found out that if you ever do get a hold of a live person they will charge you a fee for it, along with fees for every other little thing as well. I contacted them the only way that I was able to, which was on their website "email" and told them to cancel our account because I don't trust a company where I can't talk to a live person about my money (by the way, I also sent them other "emails" asking them to please give me detailed instructions on how to use their phone tree in order to talk to a live person and they deleted my emails without responding). They responded back to tell me that they couldn't cancel my account online that I would need to call the customer service number. Here's the loop again! I tried to call them again today and still go absolutely nowhere. I'm sorry but in this day and age with the way that things are with people's money it's amazing to me to think that you can run a company where your customers aren't able to contact you, or for the fortunate ones to actually get through to someone, have to pay a fee to do so. I also contacted the BBB and filed a complaint with them, maybe they can get them to cancel my account for me. I urge anyone considering using this company for their money to beware. I think something is fishy with this company although I can't be sure, but just in case I pulled my money out and won't be putting another penny in that account again!!
