I invested in one of Willie Lauren's developments 4 years ago. Willie's wife Marie worked with me and I helped them out with transport to and from work as they were financially cash strapped. Marie one morning told me that Willie had come up with a brilliant business plan which was in the building industry. I was quite weary of the plan as I did not know Willie very well. Over time I was shown the artists impressions of the first development, then I was told that this development was sold out and being built. I went to the building site to view the development, to be honest I was impressed and did not expect to see the development was half way...

At a later stage Marie told me about a development that was going up in Nigel - I questioned the location as Nigel is a small town. I was told that a Prison was going to be built on the out skirts of Nigel which would intern require accommodation for the staff working at this prison.
