Disputed notice

Slomins sued me for nonpayment when they had not provided the battery for the security system. After repeated attempts to talk to their attorney and trying to rech a fair settlement to avoid any hassles, they went ahead to court without information to me that theyw ere doing so. Their service sucks and their business ideals should be looked into. It is just plain harrassment of consumers from people like slomin who promise everything and deliver nothing.
