I just went to pay my bill on line today and noticed Qwest is charging a Convenience Fee of 1.00 for paying on line. I think this is terrible, they want you to go paperless and then they charge you to pay. If I send them a check in the mail they wont charge me. I would think it would cost the company more to process and deal with a paper check than to receive a payment on line. I think they are just trying to get more money out of the consumer for no reason. This is a very poor business decision on the part of Qwest.
