I ordered some parts for my laptop from notesupplies.com. Double-checked the part number, made sure condition was listed as "new" and the manufacturer was the manufacturer of my computer. Placed order, paid.

Some time later my parts arrived in awful condition. They were all bent out of shape and there was actually RUST on the metal parts. After contacting them they agreed to ship me a replacement, only I had to pay the shipping! I figured there was a remote chance it was an honest mistake so I agreed.

When the replacement arrived, it was in the same terrible condition, bent and rusty. There is no doubt in my mind that this site is dishonestly sending people scrap metal and hoping they won't make a fuss.

I later noticed that they didn't even send the right part; it was a slightly different, incompatible part with a different part number.

Avoid this company.
