Ive beencanceled fromthis 'program' since oct 09. I am still being billed $14.95 a month? For what? How do i get across to these idiots?

I am writing in/re of mni credit report'. I cancelled out of these service back in oct 09. Since, i have been $14.95 a month. A couple of times im billed twice a month!!! How do i stop getting billed, with no known # to them? I personally believe this is a total RIP OFF!!! Can anyone get a real number for me, please???
