Rightf.com 877.216 strikes again!

I too have been getting billed 59.99 each month for this service when they said that I would not be billed. Total billed= $179.97. I can't even recall the website. Also BLATRIX.com, $60 a month for a total of $120.00. Will I have to cancel my credit card now or does someone have info on how to contact these criminals and get my account credited?
This is a devious new facet of crime and a disgusting sign-of-the-times. Advice: never give out your credit card # to verify a damn thing. It can't be that important.
