RAM Order to Singapore Now Requires Prepayment Despite Website

I ordered some RAM from this company after carefully checking that they would accept my order. According to their "helpful" page (http://www.crucial.com/store/international_shipping.aspx), they do accept orders from Singapore. However, after waiting several days and then following up with two emails and two phone calls, it turns out they do not actually make any effort to honor the terms on that page.

They replied with: "confirmed from our credit department that we are requiring prepayments from Singapore due to security reasons at this time. It is not being changed online because it's not an official change, it's just for the time being. I apologize for the hassle and confusion."
