I purchased a dual VCR/DVD combo player during the holidays. It was shipped on Dec 24 and arrived on Dec 29. I used the VCR the first time on January 9 upon our return from our son's funeral. It didn't work. I had my husband try it, we tried several store-bought videos to make sure our home VHS tapes weren't the cause, and it just didn't work. It was defective.

I immediately attempted to contact United Net Online to return the product as defective. It states at their site that if they deem the product defective they, at their discretion, will give you store credit and an RA number to return the product. They have a "live chat" that is never online and never answer their emails. One day they weren't even online at all. I got an error message when attempting to go to their site.

It's been, of course, over a month now since I received the unit and still have it, sitting in the box completely unusable. They are nowhere to be found. I finally wrote them an email this morning telling them that I was going to report them to the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, and anywhere else I can find. If one less person gets ripped off by this company, it will be worth it.
