Misdiagnose repair of heat fan on computer and wanted to charge me additional, unwarranted $180.00

After leaving my Laptop computer for diagnostic service at Computer Design and Service in West Boca Raton as a result of not staying powered up after a short period time I was told days later by the repair shop that the Heat sink fan assembly had to be completely replaced and would cost in addtional to the original $60 diagnostic charge $75 labor plus $95 for the part for a total of $230.00 plus tax. I told them I did not think a 2 year old HP computer was worth that much to fix. Since I had alot of files and documents on the laptop hard drive not saved I pursue another repair shop (Computers Direct) in the area for a second opinion. LO and behold I found out from the technician there that the only problem was a long hair (6") had wrapped around the fan and removed it. Total charge $49.00. Subsequently I returned to the original repair shop to informed them of the misdiagnosis to see what they would say and possible to refund my diagnostic charge for their oversight or least get a future service credit. The manager was very beligerent and unapolgetic and said after checking with his technician that the fan blade did not move and no other elaboration. He said since it was opened by another technician he had no way of knowing if the hair got in there afterwards. I try to explain to the manager that the fan and computer worked fine when the hair was removed as indicated by the invoice I had from the other computer repair shop. The manager would not acknowlege any mistake or oversight and I proceeded to tell him he was not being a reasonable business person over the situation. He growled at me and proceeded to walk away after asking for my invoice back. I said I guess we have to settle this in another matter and I was sure to report his discourteous manner to whatever venues that are available.
