SST, Ripoff fraudulent

Date started 5/1/05 - Requested for 2 months the pay-off of my vehicle and to receive a statement in writting that this company purchased my loan from E-Loan, they stated that they would mail the letter (never received). But on the pay-off they stated that they could not give me a pay-off in writting, then when I asked for a verbal one they stated they could not give me one over the phone either. After several harassing phone calls from the company I finally received a pay-off of $6,702.26 on 6/15/05 on account number 825628. I mailed this amounnt on 6/16/05 check number 9053 where I also placed the statement "Payment in Full". Then on 6/17/05 I was visited by a man stating that he was here at my home to seek payment for my vehicle or to repose it. I stated that I had already mailed full payment to the company. He even stated that this company "SST, Inc." does not like people to pay-off their accounts and that he understood my problem and left; he was very courteous. Then two weeks later I received another harassing phone call from the company stating that I owed them $49.50 in interest from the time I was told the payoff and when they receive my payment. I was outraged but I thought this was a low price to pay to get this company off my back and to receive my title since I was informed that they would not release my title to my vehicle. I sent a check for this on 7/18/05 $49.50 check #9032. Now I have received a statement showing a late payment of $43.32 is outstanding and have been informed that car payments of $207.37 will resume on 9/1/05. This is even higher then my original car payments of $205.00 and what car payments - this account was paid in full. Now I reached a site of RIP-OFF after looking for SST Inc. Website. On this website are several individuals that this same thing has happen to. How can a company continue to be in business under such fraudulent basis - this is an outrage. This company should not be allowed to have its business license renewed. SST is also reported this information fraudulently to our credit reports stating that we have not completed our obligations - what about their obligation to us. It also should be mention to E-Loan - who was my original vehicle loan through that if they are going to sell their loans to such a fraudulent company they should also be forced to pay damages.

I would like my $49.58 refunded back to me, my vehicle title sent to me immediately and a statement on my credit report that this loan was paid in full without any late payments - in fact it was paid early.
