Ripped me off then after I dealt with my bank i was billed for the cd's and sent 2 more that I returned but was charged for anyways

I signed up for the "buy 12 for 1 cent each offer from BMG music then had to purchase 4 more within a year. Upon purchasing the final 4 I closed my account to receive another CD in the mail aprox. 2 months later and a charge on my bank account for aprox. $24 whereupon I first attempt to contact BMG Music and explain the situation but have no luck finding an address or phone number after 2 weeks I filed a fraud report with my bank, closed the card, returned the CD's in the box with a letter explaining that I had not ordered them and that I had closed my account.

2 more months pass and I received another set of CD's and a bill this time for $28 dollars or so, I returned everything with another letter informing them I wasn't paying this and that they were not to send me anything further. 2 months later i receive yet another set of CD's and a late bill for $58 dollars this time I send an angry letter and return the CD's.

About 5 months later I receive a call from there collections demanding the money, I politely inform them I owe BMG nothing, I returned all the CD's, and that I had filed a fraud report with my bank months prior to the call. I didn't hear a word from BMG for a year then I get a call from a National Recovery Agency informing me my account was purchased by "West Bay Aquisitions" and I would need to pay this debt. I inform them that there is no debt from me that I returned everything that I was charged for despite having not ordered any of it and that I would be filing another fraud report.
