My experience with HIT Web Design (Heritage Web Solutions) was and continues to be a complete nightmare. Every man I talk to sounds the same as the last. When I spoke to the salesperson, he overpromised what they could do. I was looking for a very simple website and explained in great detail what I needed. One year later, they not only did NOT deliver a website, but jump through hoops trying to explain why they failed. No one was accountable for anything and they blamed me for "breaking" the site. I am in the process of speaking with other people who have experienced the same thing. Please email me at. I am going to let everyone I know of the experience I had. When they respond back on here to say they would love to work with me and that customer service is their number one concern, it is a lie.
