WORST customer service & worst quality furniture

Wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy:

Like most - I was excited to find a "quality" line of furniture that had a unique look. Websites are deceiving. We ordered our 3 pieces in early October and after "delays due to production" did not receive the order until January 30th. There were missing boxes (pieces of the crib missing) and the shipping company use was not prepared to move the furniture to the 2nd story of the house - so we will have to hire an outside company or try to get the shipping people to come back with appropriate hoisting equipment.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all - once they sell you and get your money - they do not care about anything else - it took TWO days to get someone on the phone to try and remedy our issues. After battling with them - they claim the furniture is "custom" made although they make several collections and offer "custom" pieces on their site - they use this so you cannot return the furniture.
POOR quality - the quality of the furniture is NOTHING like what they claim on their site - the drawers do no roll in/out easily and feels cheaply made.

Delivery was a MONTH LATE and they do not offer to compromise or refund anything - we had to BEG to get them to give a measly 5% discount off of the outrageous $800 S&H bill.

Overall we are disappointed and disgusted at the lack of quality and lack of professionalism with the company AND their employees.
