Terrible quality products!

I bought 2 dressers 24 months before from Harlem Furniture. The drawers are totally broken & not functional. I named Harlem Furniture for help & was informed to contact Remain & Safe who retains the guarantee, they didn't wish to aid and declare the conditions of the agreement are terminated. I named Harlem Furniture again, talked towards the store-manager and customer support, neither division desired to aid. I will have 2 furniture pieces that I can't use. All Iam searching for is anyone to emerge and create a fix, Iam not requesting new furniture, I'd the same as to make use of my desks again. This furniture is just 24 months old & has by no means been abused or overused. I actually donot realize why no body is prepared to assist a person. Like I stated, I am not requesting much. I'd never go back to Harlem Furniture to purchase something and that I truly would not suggest Harlem Furniture to anybody.
