Is a liar and a cheat

I emailed Tara before I placed a bid to tell her I needed a poodle skirt outfit for a party. She told me the items were in stock and with Priority shipping it would get to me in 3 days. I placed the order on Dec 2nd, and because I purchased 2 outfits, asked her to combine shipping. She sent me a new total and I paid that same day. The party was Dec. 12th, so I had plenty of time to get the items.

On Dec. 10th, I still didn't have the items, and when I emailed her, she tried to tell me it was because of the weather. I found out she mailed the package Parcel Post (which is ground!) and pocketed the difference in the shipping costs. Her excuse was she had figured the shipping incorrectly and didn't think it would take so long to get to me. Since SHE was the one who made the mistake I asked her to give me a full refund if the item didn't get to me in time for the party. The package was delivered on Dec. 17th! I refused the package and it went back to her by ground.

The tracking showed she received the package on Jan. 13th, however, her emails to me said she was on vacation. She was still selling product on ebay and the customers were receiving shipments, but supposedly she still hadn't gone to the post office to get my package.

I filed a complaint with ebay, and her response was that I hadn't returned the item within 7 days! And that the items were used and dirty! Ebay researched it and it was clear that there was no way possible to return the item in 7 days when she sent it the slowest service possible! And I never even opened the package. She was clearly lying. Ebay gave me my money back, but it took exactly 2 months from when I paid for the items to get it back. She is a liar and a thief! She told them the items had been worn just because she didn't want to give me my money back. The operator told me "it's obvious you didn't wear the items since you returned the items right from the post office!"

It's obvious I never even opened the package!!! Karma is a real thing, and I hope it bites her right in the butt!
