Gary Pachabula Credit Card Scam

Gary Pachabula of Delta Office Products contacted our company via phone at 9.55AM on November 11. Pachabula ordered an Okidata printer and supplied his credit card and shipping information. The Okidata printer was drop shipped to the address provided which is the same as results from Google searches. After receiving the printer (Fedex tracked and verified), Pachabula reported his printer purchase to his credit card company as unauthorized/fraud. The credit card company refunded his money. The Okidata printer has not been returned as of Feb 1. We consider the printer as stolen property.
